Professional Bio Tracy Mackander

Tracy Mackander has been involved in the fitness industry for more than 25 years, during this time she has maintained her professional qualifications annually to enhance her business and support her membership and accreditation with Fitness Australia (Fitness Australia #0011631).

Tracy is passionate about helping all her clients achieve their fitness or weight loss goals through education and a strict “no excuses” policy.  She believes that by keeping up to date with diet and exercise trends she can offer a unique and informed blend of knowledge, dispel diet myths and at the same time keep her clients motivated.

She has a personal insight into training clients for competition as she herself has been successful  in several categories of natural figure competitions throughout Australia and knows what the judges are looking for. This is backed by her in depth nutritional and training programs. She offers online training packages as well as ‘face to face’ for her clients looking to compete.

Her qualifications are extensive and specialises in working with clients with disabilities (registered with NDIA), rehabilitation and nutritional psychology.

Tracy currently owns a studio at Taylors Beach , the studio offers a blend of one-on-one personal training and group personal training sessions. Tracy also believes in the benefit of slowing down; she offers relaxation and meditation to assist us in coping with our often overly busy lives. Tracy also enjoys training her clients outdoors and makes the most of the natural beauty of Port Stephens; she is fully insured and offers health fund rebates.
