Personal Training for kids………………..

Kids fitness is an important part of getting healthy and staying healthy. Encouraging kids & teens to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.  Most people think that personal training’s just for adults but at HQ Health & Wellness we also prescribe PT for kids aged 8-17 yrs. Feeling confident as a child is a very important factor in growing up. Self confidence is a product of what we believe! Exercise is an important tool that helps us achieve physical & mental confidence exercise is great for a childs attention and concentration which means they can focus on their school work a whole lot better and this becomes an important feel good factor.

Disabilities Program………..

Lifestyle programs for people with disabilities. These programs are approved by the NDIA and are offered to clients either at the Headquarters fitness studio or a qualified trainer conducting training at your premises.

One- line Training……………

  • Fitness competition training can be completed face to face with clients or via our unique online training portal. Programs can consist of either a training program and or a nutrition program. Each program is tailored to specific competition requirements.

 

  • Weight loss programs. Our mentored weight loss programs are designed to support clients through their initial weight loss. They include specific dietary advice, education and meal plans, personal training sessions and personalised training programs suited to your fitness levels and desired goals. The weight loss programs usually run for either 6 or 12 weeks.
